Rick Raimondi, President
Rick has over 20 years experience in the engineering technology industry. Rick worked for eight years as a senior search consultant and manager for a national, publicly traded technology search firm, Source Engineering, and now operates his own firm, N-Able Now Solutions located in San Diego, CA. Prior to his career as a search consultant, Rick worked as a Sales Engineer for Norris Communications, and has worked in the semi-conductor industry as a process engineer, applications engineer, and operations manager at ABB HAFO (now Mitel Semiconductor). Rick holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
